Bill has enjoyed a diverse 30+ year career that spans education, consulting, customer support, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain management, CRM software, medical devices, and entrepreneurship. He began his career at the State Correctional Institution at Hunlock Creek, where he taught business courses and served as the department representative on the parole board. He then spent nearly five years as a key member of a distribution and inventory management software firm, helping to grow the Los Angeles office’s consultancy and training groups before moving into a sales role for the North Central California District. Additionally, Bill worked as an independent consultant, improving processes and software for distribution and retail outlets.

Bill expanded his experience in the software industry with 9+ years at QAD, Inc., where he specialized in multi-site, multi-currency global manufacturing implementations with a focus on finance. He established training and certification processes for consulting entities and led large system integrations for major clients such as Alcatel-Framatome, Schlumberger, General Electric, and Philips Electronics. His international work took him to facilities in Singapore, Hungary, France, England, The Netherlands, Mexico, Canada, and Belgium.

He then spent nearly two years at Siebel Systems, Inc. in the automotive division, managing sales for Nissan, Suzuki, and Mitsubishi and overseeing partner implementations with IBM, Deloitte, and Grant Thornton. Bill’s entrepreneurial journey includes helping to lead iVu Imaging, Inc. as Regional Director and Controller, achieving FDA approval for the first Fully Automated Breast Tomography System. He also co-founded HEALO 5 Corporation, launching a Patient Education Program aimed at preventing opioid addiction. Using analytics and constant updates, the program has been instrumental in helping individuals avoid addiction early in the opioid use cycle.
